1. Location Selection
We choose a location that will set the tone for each edition.

We secure shared housing that meets logistical needs and fosters an inspiring environment. Every detail is curated to encourage authenticity and innovation in the artists' creative process.
2. Artist Selection
We curate the perfect blend of artists best poised for a powerful musical output.
For each edition, we meticulously invite a select group of artists who will be an inspiring part of our story and contribute to creating the best possible songs. Our selection process ensures the perfect mix of genres, fan demographics, ages, backgrounds, and popularity levels, all among artists with proven hit-making potential. This careful curation fosters a dynamic and visually inspiring environment where creativity thrives and exceptional music is born.
3.Application Process
We offer an incredible opportunity to newcomer artists through an open application.
In addition to inviting established artists, we maintain an open application process where we actively engage with the community and carefully evaluate all applicants. From this pool of emerging talent, we select one outstanding artist to join the more established artists at each edition, providing a unique opportunity for growth and collaboration. This initiative not only keeps us connected to the local music community but also nurtures talent and allows us to support young artists early in their career.

Once our artist pool is carefully curated, we orchestrate the edition into two waves: the first wave occupies days 1-4, while the second takes over from days 5-8. Select artists and producers stay for the entire edition. We choose artists for each wave based on potential synergy, aiming for fruitful collaborations and genre experimentation. This strategic division injects fresh energy midway, ensuring sustained morale and productivity. New personalities and creative concepts invigorate the edition.
5. Daily Structure
We organize daily routines at each edition to nurture creative flow and prolific productivity.
We establish four different studios on-site, where artists rotate between studios, engaging with various producers, songwriters, and fellow artists. While allowing space for impromptu pairings, we also curate sessions to leverage specific synergies. The outcomes consistently exceed our expectations.
6. Listening Session
We select standout tracks for visual storytelling.
Each day ends with a group listening session to identify standout tracks for visual storytelling. The selected song is prioritized for music video production the following day, ensuring high-quality content and fostering a sense of community among artists.
